Job summary

Zscaler is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead and scale a high-performing Enterprise Account Executive team in Germany. This remote role, preferably Frankfurt or Munich, reports to the RVP in Germany Sales and focuses on MEDDPICC-driven growth across the German enterprise market.

You will recruit, coach, and enable AEs, craft long-term transformation roadmaps, partner with technical architects, and ensure accurate forecasts while aligning with channel, marketing and engineering teams for

Qualifications

• 3+ years of directly leading and scaling Enterprise sales teams in software/security (Cloud Security or SaaS preferred).
• Deep mastery of MEDDIC / MEDDPICC qualification methodologies and structured sales processes.
• Experience collaborating with partner ecosystems (VARs, GSI, Cloud Marketplaces).
• Native or professional fluency in German and English.

Responsibilities

• Embed MEDDIC / MEDDPICC as the core operational language and coach AEs on Buyer identification, Decision Criteria, and Business Value.
• Lead strategic account expansion by building long-term transformation roadmaps with AEs and Technical Architects to co-design customer-centric Zero Trust architectures.
• Maintain highly accurate forecasts (monthly, quarterly, yearly) with clean pipeline hygiene and explicit deal next steps.
• Orchestrate a unified field execution model across Sales, Field Marketing, Sales Development, and Channel Partners to maximize regional penetration.
• Participate in critical field-level customer discovery meetings to support AEs in building champions and driving large-scale digital transformation.
