Job summary

Westlake Financial Services is seeking a Regional Manager for the Great Lakes region to lead and develop a sales force of 10–25 reps and grow market share.

You will travel up to 75% to visit auto dealers, coach Area Managers, and present company products. The role requires at least 5 years of sales management, strong communication skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years sales management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and various sales software applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or closely related field.
• Qualified candidates should live in region.

Responsibilities

• Coaching, leading and developing Area Managers.
• Manage outside sales within the region and assist with hiring/training new area managers.
• Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
• Prepare action plans to identify targets and forecast contacts.
• Identify sales prospects and develop client relationships.
• Maintain sales materials and product knowledge.
• Handle client concerns and provide follow-up reports.
• Communicate product opportunities and feedback to staff.
• Travel throughout territory up to 75%.
