Workday is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director, Platform, to lead a specialized sales team selling platform, data, analytics, AI, and extensibility solutions to CIO/CTO audiences. You will orchestrate complex deals, coach sellers, and drive pipeline with internal resources.

You will position Workday as a strategic platform, coordinate with pre-sales, value management, and partners, and own forecasts and revenue outcomes in a dynamic growth area.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience selling cloud/SaaS/ERP/analytics solutions directly to CIO/CTO
• 8+ years experience managing complex sales cycles
• 5+ years as a leader in a team selling environment

Responsibilities

• Lead a field sales team of specialized Account Executives with accountability culture
• Drive complex platform sales cycles ($500K+ ARR) by coordinating pre-sales, value mgmt, bid mgmt and support
• Oversee SOWs and roadmaps for 1–3 year technology plans
• Maintain accurate forecasts and lead a time-to-engage strategy
• Coordinate with cloud hyperscalers and GSIs to maximize co-sell opportunities
