Lobby Co in Nashville, Tennessee, is a fast-growing robotics company in the MedTech space seeking a senior sales leader with a proven track record in leadership and startup environments. You will guide strategic accounts, build high-performing teams and drive cross-functional collaboration across product and clinical teams.

The role offers a base salary of 160K USD with 185-210K USD in variable pay and total compensation of 345-370K USD, plus equity at sign-on, car allowance, full medical/dental

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year institution.
• Startup experience selling game-changing technology.
• Minimum of 5 years leadership experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proven track record of leading or teaching at organizational meetings.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Start-up company experience selling game changing technology
• A minimum of 5 years leadership exp
• High level of technical/clinical product knowledge

• Must have proven track record of participation leading/teaching at organizational meetings.

INTERVIEW PROCESS:

3. Face to Face interview with Director and potentially VP of Sales
