Job summary

Lobby Co is seeking a high‑performing sales professional to drive Capital/Navigation and imaging system sales to spine surgeons and C‑Suite leaders in Washington, DC. The role demands spine/neuro experience, a track record of success, and a four‑year degree.

You will join a team focused on growth and strategic client partnerships in the DC market. The compensation package includes a $150K base salary, uncapped 10% commission with an 8M quota, stock options at signing, a car allowance, and 401K

PRODUCTS:

ROBOT, NAVIGATION, IMAGING SYSTEMS

Call Points: Spine Surgeons and C-Suite

Territory: Washington, DC

COMPENSATION:

150K Base, 10% commission uncapped, 8M quota, Stock options at sign on, full exp, Car Allowance, matching 401K, medical/dental, etc.

Training: 6-8 weeks, 3 weeks at the corporate office, in field and home study

INTERVIEW PROCESS:

1. Phone or Virtual Interview
2. Initial Face to Face with Zone Director
3. Final interview with the VP of Sales and Executives at the corporate office
