Job summary

Lobby Co is seeking an Area Sales Director in the United States to oversee a newly created team of 12 to 14 Therapy Development Reps nationwide. The role focuses on leading medical sales leadership in the Urology/OR space, building relationships with physicians, and driving market development programs.

The position is with a publicly traded surgical robotics company, offering uncapped compensation, RSUs vesting after four years, a car allowance, full expenses, and 401K matching alongside

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from accredited reputable institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical sales leadership within the Urology space or Operating Room.
• Startup experience leading a team selling disruptive surgical technology.
• Experience managing representatives introducing market development programs to physician practices, practice integration, office based selling.
• Leading a high performing team with strong local relationships within the healthcare community in specified geographic area.
• Leadership skills demonstrated through past professional performance, involvement in sports, professional clubs, or associations.

MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree from accredited reputable institution
