Lobby Co is seeking a high-impact medical device sales professional to drive growth for ROBOT, NAVIGATION, IMAGING SYSTEMS in the TN, OH, and KY region. You will engage spine surgeons and C-suite executives, present cutting-edge solutions, and close high-value deals.

Qualified candidates have a 4-year degree, a proven award-winning sales record, and a history of delivering documented success in capital equipment sales.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in selling capital equipment and navigation systems.
• Track record of documented success in sales, ideally in medical devices.

Call Points:

Spine Surgeons and C-Suite

Territory:

TN, OH, & KY

COMPENSATION:

150K Base, 10% commission uncapped, 8M quota, Stock options at sign on, full exp, Car Allowance, matching 401K, medical/dental, etc.

Training:

6-8 weeks, 3 weeks at the corporate office, in field and home study

INTERVIEW PROCESS:

1. 1. Phone or Virtual Interview
2. 2. Initial Face to Face with Zone Director
3. 3. Final interview with the VP of Sales and Executives at the corporate office
