Job summary

Lobby Co is seeking an experienced sales professional to drive growth in spine and neurosurgical markets across Texas. The role leverages capital, navigation, and imaging systems, targeting surgeons and C-suite executives with a proven track record of documented success.

Base compensation is strong with a 150K base salary plus a 10% uncapped commission, an 8M quota, stock options at sign-on, car allowance, 401K matching, and comprehensive medical/dental benefits.

PRODUCTS:

ROBOT, NAVIGATION, IMAGING SYSTEMS

Call Points: Spine Surgeons and C-Suite

Territory: Texas

COMPENSATION:

150K Base, 10% commission uncapped, 8M quota, Stock options at sign on, full exp, Car Allowance, matching 401K, medical/dental, etc.

Training: 6-8 weeks, 3 weeks at the corporate office, in field and home study

INTERVIEW PROCESS:

1. Phone or Virtual Interview
2. Initial Face to Face with Zone Director
3. Final interview with the VP of Sales and Executives at the corporate office
