Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of B2B sales experience in robotics or industrial automation.
• Experience selling collaborative robots or industrial robotic systems as a solution, not a commodity.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Existing network among system integrators, OEMs, or manufacturing end users.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and account management skills.
• Willingness to travel 30–50%.
• Hands-on cobot sales experience, particularly with a challenger or emerging brand.
• Experience taking a new product or territory from zero to one.
• Background in factory automation or related manufacturing fields.
• Existing relationships with regional integrators and distributors.

Aufgaben

• Own and execute the regional collaborative robot sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline from prospecting through close.
• Identify new business and develop relationships with distributors, system integrators, OEMs, and end users.
• Drive solution-based selling through cobot demonstrations and close collaboration with our engineering team.
• Manage forecasting, performance reporting, and pipeline visibility.
