Job summary

RobCo, based in the United States, is seeking a Manager Robotic Sales Engineering to lead a team of about six RSEs and drive complex deals from discovery to delivery. You will ensure a consistent customer experience, assign the right technical lead, and carry a quota with Sales.

This role blends leadership with hands-on customer engagement. You will travel ~30%, partner with Sales, Solutions Development and Product, and help scale RobCo’s modular AI robotics in production environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical pre-sales or automation projects with leadership experience.
• Experience running requirement workshops and carrying a quota.
• Willingness to travel ~30% and collaborate with engineers, sales and management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the RSE team; hire, onboard and coach.
• Deliver the quota; manage pipeline and priorities with Sales.
• Allocate RSEs to deals; balance workload and handovers.
• Be hands-on in strategic accounts and workshops; act as technical escalation.
• Drive process improvements; shape templates, tools and KPIs with Product.
