Job summary

Partners Ltd in Massachusetts is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the critical link between distributers/integrators, customers, and the company. You will own sales of robots and robotic systems across your region with autonomy and impact.

You will develop sales plans, build direct accounts and partner networks, gather specifications, and coordinate quotes with Proposal/Process Engineering teams to secure POs and manage projects end-to-end. Travel and trade-show representation are expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in robot sales or broader automation sales.
• A working understanding of engineering/automation concepts, typically gained through a 2-year college degree.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales plan to hit and exceed sales objectives.
• Build new direct accounts and Partner relationships while growing existing business.
• Gather customer specifications and work with Proposal and Process Engineering teams to develop quotes.
• Secure purchase orders and track project status from start to finish.
• Serve as the customer's advocate — monitoring satisfaction and driving improvement.
• Represent the company at robotics trade shows and with potential customers.
