Methods Machine Tools, headquartered in Sudbury, MA, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for a remote/unassigned role focused on CNC machine tending solutions and robotics automation across multiple industries. You will drive revenue growth by partnering with dealers and machine tool salespeople, expanding market share, and delivering measurable ROI through automation.

Ideal candidates have a strong manufacturing operations background, CNC machining familiarity, and proven consultative selling

Qualifications

5+ years of successful sales experience in industrial automation, robotics, machine tools, or related technical industries.
Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales quota objectives.
Experience selling capital equipment, automation systems, or manufacturing solutions.
Experience working with CNC machining operations or manufacturing environments preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop, mentor and nurture machine tool sales relationships to drive automation adoption and meet targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within targeted manufacturing accounts.
Develop territory sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet or exceed annual sales targets.
Conduct customer site visits to evaluate processes and automation opportunities.
Present technical and financial value propositions including ROI and labor savings.
Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
