Job summary

NCR Voyix is seeking an Account Executive for Retail to drive revenue with major retailers across the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Southwest regions. This role leads solution sales for complex software, hardware, and consulting engagements, coordinating cross-functional teams to win new business.

You will own executive relationships and develop strategic roadmaps, aligning NCR Voyix offerings with customer objectives and long-term value creation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related discipline.
• 10+ years of sales experience with a track record in technology sales for retail.
• Deep understanding of the retail market and competitors.
• Background in SaaS or application software with focus on driving volume and value.
• History of managing the sales process and developing strategic roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Sell solutions and services to major retailers in Northeast and mid-Atlantic; grow revenue.
• Build executive relationships across marketing, operations, and IT.
• Tie NCR Voyix solutions to customer objectives and strategic goals.
• Develop account plans with measurable time-bound goals.
• Create strategic roadmaps aligning customer needs with NCR Voyix offerings.
• Manage the sales funnel, forecast, negotiations, and deployment of solutions.
• Coordinate NCR Voyix resources for customer success and ongoing satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively across teams to drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Leverage prior retail client experience with department stores, drug stores, grocers, and specialty retailers.
