Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related discipline.
• 10+ years of sales experience in technology within the retail sector.
• Deep knowledge of the US retail market and related competition.
• Background in SaaS or application software.
• Proven ability to manage the sales process and develop a strategic roadmap.
• Collaborate with customers and partners enabling them to experience greater business value.
• Strong communication and cross-functional influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell solutions and services to major retailers in the Northeast and mid-Atlantic region.
• Create and own executive relationships across marketing, operations, and IT to leverage NCR Voyix’s portfolio.
• Understand customer objectives and map NCR Voyix solutions to their problems.
• Develop account plans with measurable time-bound goals and objectives.
• Develop a strategic roadmap aligning customer needs with industry best practices.
• Manage the sales process, funnel, forecast, negotiations, and deployment of solutions.
• Engage NCR Voyix resources into the customer base and ensure satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively internally and drive cross-functional teams for success.
• Leverage prior relationships with top-tier retail clients.
