Job summary

YETI is seeking a Senior Regional Manager, Retail Stores who will drive selling culture, coach Store Experience Leaders, and build high-performing teams across North America. This role spends significant time in stores, developing leaders, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences while aligning with district goals.

You will forecast performance, lead local initiatives, and partner with cross-functional teams to maximize district sales and brand impact. Travel across North America required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive retail experience in consumer brands.
• 5+ years leading multiple stores and developing store leaders.
• Proven track record in driving conversion, AOV, and transactions.

Responsibilities

• Coach store teams to improve conversion, ADS, and UPT.
• Lead from the sales floor with in-store coaching and storytelling.
• Develop bench strength by building Store Experience Leaders and assistants.
• Forecast district performance and translate insights into actions.
• Collaborate with Home Office for labor planning, scheduling, and visual merchandising.
