Job summary

YETI Coolers, LLC in Leawood, KS seeks a Store Experience Leader to drive sales and oversee daily store operations, coaching a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You’ll manage payroll, scheduling, inventory, and visual merchandising while promoting loss prevention and profitability.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree or 5+ years in retail management, with experience handling $2M+ annual volume, and a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or at least 5 years of related experience.
• At least 3 years of retail store management experience in a specialty retail environment.
• Experience in managing $2M+ sales volume per year in store revenue.
• Experience in implementing new technology and processes to increase profitability.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Ability to bed, lift, open and move product up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Leads execution of store processes, payroll management, effective schedule, merchandise flow, inventory control and visual presentation.
• Drives store sales and profitability by using company tools and resources to maximize results and fostering a comprehensive and supportive approach to leading a team.
• Proactively plans and executes a variety of projects including visual merchandising plans, new product launches, and in-store events.
