YETI is seeking a Store Experience Leader for our Newbury St. Boston location. The role guides a team of brand enthusiasts to deliver exceptional customer experiences, build lifelong customers, and promote YETI’s Wilder service model.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in retail store management, handles multi-million in annual sales, and embraces technology to boost profitability. Flexible schedule, physical duties, and a passion for outdoor gear are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or at least 5 years of related experience.
• At least 3 years of retail store management experience in a specialty retail environment.
• Experience in managing $2M+ sales volume per year in store revenue.
• Experience in implementing new technology and processes to increase profitability.
• Availability for weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Ability to lift, move, and open products up to 50 pounds.
• Must be 18 years of age.
