Job summary

YETI is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Dallas, TX store on McKinney St. You will lead a team to deliver an exceptional customer experience and drive store performance in a fast-paced outdoor specialty environment.

You will support the Store Manager with sales strategy, daily goals, merchandising, community events, and inventory, while promoting an inclusive, energetic team culture that embodies the YETI brand and values the wild.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree and/or equivalent preferred.
• At least 3 years of retail management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience implementing new technology and processes to increase profitability.
• Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drives store sales and profitability by leading operations and prioritizing the customer experience.
• Supports Store Manager with sales strategy, daily goals, and team communication.
• Executes product floor sets and merchandising in line with brand strategy.
• Manages inventory, processing, and visual merchandising; coordinates community events.
• Fosters an inclusive, high-morale environment and engages the team to exceed targets.
• Learns and adopts new technology and processes to boost productivity.
