Job summary

Yeti is seeking a Senior Director to lead its store operations in a nationally scaled role. You will shape retail strategy, manage a senior store-experience team, and drive customer-centric results across the portfolio.

The role emphasizes overseeing performance metrics, budgeting, and aligning in-store execution with the YETI brand. Onsite/hybrid options may apply, with leadership across multiple store channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 15 years of retail experience and 10+ years leading retail store groups.

Responsibilities

• Broaden and articulate YETI’s retail approach across all levels of the company and all areas.
• Lead a skilled team of U.S. Store Experience Leaders, team Leads, and programs.
• Monitor sales performance, customer feedback, non-selling activities, team processes, and initiatives to drive business results.
• Maintain high customer service standards and product knowledge across store operations.
• Ensure stores achieve monthly revenue and profitability targets.
• Review monthly costs and risks; propose actions to improve performance and reduce expenses.
• Develop and train team members to drive a successful business (back and front of house).
• Streamline logistics and processes for a seamless customer experience aligned with brand standards.
• Oversee inventory and asset protection programs; manage shrinkage via counts and audits.
• Collaborate with ecommerce, Wholesale Operations, and IT to strengthen omni-channel strategy.
• Oversee merchandising to ensure consistent YETI brand experience.
• Partner with operations on new store openings and expansions for planning.
