Job summary

YETI Coolers, LLC is seeking a Senior Regional Manager, Retail Stores to drive selling culture and district performance. This role coaches Store Experience Leaders, builds high-performing teams, and ensures exceptional customer experiences across North America.

You will spend most of your time in stores, developing leaders and partnering with Home Office to align labor, merchandising, and operations. A proven track record in multi-store leadership and a passion for the outdoors are key.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive retail experience, ideally within a CPG or consumer brand environment.
• 5+ years leading multiple retail stores, including developing store leaders across a geographic district.
• Proven ability to drive conversion, average sale and units per transaction.
• Coaching-oriented leadership style with guidance, accountability and feedback.
• Experience hiring, developing and making difficult talent decisions.
• Strong business acumen: forecasting, performance metrics, and labor management.
• Willingness to travel frequently across North America (including Canada).

Responsibilities

• Coach the behaviors that drive results: identify opportunities and coach actions to improve conversion, ADS and UPT.
• Lead from the sales floor: participate in store visits with discovery, storytelling and customization.
• Build selling capability by developing Store Experience Leaders into product experts.
• Own district performance with forecasts, priorities and actionable insights.
• Activate local opportunities through launches, seasonal moments, and community engagement.
• Lead through coaching to develop Store Experience Leaders and teams.
• Maintain a strong field presence with frequent in-store time.
• Attract and retain top talent and build leadership bench for growth.
