Qualifications

• 3–5 years of successful operational management in fast casual restaurants.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong time management and problem solving skills.
• Ability to be trained across operations, marketing, and store financials.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Proven track record of coaching and developing managerial staff.
• Understanding of P&L, cost of goods, labor, and scheduling.
• Computer literate and familiar with restaurant management software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership for store managers to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Leads with General Managers to deliver controllable profit and meet flow-thru goals.
• Uses reports to identify opportunities and enforce proper procedures.
• Partners with GMs to grow sales year over year.
• Coaches and trains store management teams and supports new employee orientation.
• Maintains staffing levels across all restaurants and oversees selection programs.
• Ensures OSHA, health and safety codes, and company safety policies.
• Champions recognition and motivation across the market.
• Resolves repairs & maintenance issues and communicates findings.
