Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for each store manager to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Drive operations to meet controllable profit and flow-thru goals.
• Use reports to identify opportunities and ensure proper procedures.
• Develop and maintain staffing levels; oversee selection and training.
• Ensure OSHA, health codes, and safety policies are followed.
• Coach management teams and monitor training quality.
• Champion recognition and motivation across the market.
• Promote a safe environment for employees and customers.
• Address Repairs & Maintenance issues and communicate trends.
