Job summary

Baskin-Robbins is seeking a District Manager to lead multiple Dunkin/Baskin Robbins stores, focusing on people, processes, and operations. You will coach store managers, drive sales, and uphold brand standards while solving in-store issues and ensuring a safe, efficient work environment.

The role requires strategic leadership, strong financial acumen, and hands-on oversight of staffing, training, and loss prevention across the market.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of successful operational management experience in the fast casual restaurant industry.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong time management and problem solving skills.
• Ability to become trained across operations, marketing, store financials.
• Financial or math skills are required.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for store managers to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with General Managers to achieve controllable profit and target flow-thru goals.
• Use reports to identify opportunities and enforce correct procedures.
• Partner with GMs to grow sales and improve year-over-year performance.
• Coach and train store management teams and oversee training processes.
• Develop and maintain store staffing levels and participate in selection programs.
