Job summary

Baskin-Robbins is seeking a District Manager to oversee Dunkin' Donuts and Baskin-Robbins stores in the market. You will lead store managers to drive sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction across locations.

Responsibilities include coaching teams, optimizing staffing, ensuring health and safety compliance, and using data to identify improvements. Travel will be extensive; proven fast casual leadership is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of operational management in fast casual restaurants.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong time management and problem solving skills.
• Able to train across operations, marketing, and store financials.
• Solid understanding of P&L, COGS, labor and scheduling.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Proven track record of coaching and developing managerial staff.
• Demonstrated ability to drive financial performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for each store manager to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Lead GMs to achieve controllable profit and flow-thru goals.
• Use reports to identify opportunities and ensure proper procedures.
• Partner with GMs to grow sales and outperform prior year.
• Coach and train management teams; oversee training processes.
• Develop and maintain store staffing levels and recruitment programs.
• Ensure OSHA and local health and safety code compliance.
• Drive recognition and motivation throughout the market.
• Resolve repairs and maintenance issues and communicate trends.
