Job summary

Baskin-Robbins is seeking a District Manager to lead operations across multiple Dunkin' / Baskin-Robbins locations. You will drive store performance, coach store managers, and implement standards to deliver great guest experiences and financial results.

This role requires 3–5 years of restaurant leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage schedules, budgets, and compliance. Travel across the district is expected to support teams and ensure consistent brand execution.

Qualifications

• Must have 3–5 years of successful operational management experience in the fast casual restaurant industry.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have strong time management/problem solving skills.
• Ability to become trained across a wide spectrum of competencies (operations, marketing, store financials).
• Demonstrated track record of workplace achievement in the selection, coaching, and development of managerial employees.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for each store manager in the market to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Lead store operations to meet targeted profit and flow-thru goals in every restaurant.
• Use reports to identify opportunities and enforce correct procedures.
• Partner with GMs to grow sales and improve performance over prior year.
• Coach and train store management teams and support onboarding and training processes.
