Job summary

Baskin-Robbins is seeking a District Manager of Operations to oversee 6-8 Dunkin’ restaurants, driving high quality guest experiences and top-line growth. You will recruit, hire, and develop a strong operations team while ensuring adherence to brand standards and profitability.

The role requires leading in a fast-paced environment, planning 30/60/90/180 day initiatives, traveling between stores in the district, and maintaining open communication with GMs and Brand partners to sustain performance

Qualifications

3 years of multi-unit restaurant, QSR, or retail management experience with supervisory responsibility.
Strong budget, P&L, and financial planning skills.
Excellent communication and team leadership under pressure.
Willingness to travel daily between store locations and work 50+ hour weeks.

Responsibilities

Recruit, interview, hire, and orientate; maintain bench plan for 30/90/180 days.
Develop hiring and training to improve operations across GMs and AMs.
Set clear expectations and celebrate wins.
Maintain open-door communication and identify anomalies.
Collaborate with Brand teams; model RAISE culture; foster positivity.
Coach sound financial practices to impact sales, COGs, labor, and controllables.
Evaluate P&L; create plans to reach targets with managers.
Drive community involvement and LSM projects for underperforming stores.
Perform CMX audits to highlight opportunities and raise standards.
