Job summary

Baskin-Robbins is seeking a District Manager to lead multiple Dunkin'/Baskin-Robbins locations, driving ops excellence and sales growth. You will coach store managers, optimize staffing, and ensure safety and financial performance.

In this role you will balance people leadership with process improvements, setting standards and supporting managers to achieve brand goals across markets. Extensive travel is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of operational management in fast casual restaurants.
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to train across operations, marketing, and store financials.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Solid understanding of P&L, cost of goods, labor and scheduling.
• Computer literacy and familiarity with restaurant management software.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for store managers to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with General Managers to achieve controllable profit and meet flow-thru goals.
• Use available reports to identify opportunities and enforce proper procedures.
• Partner with GMs to grow sales year over year.
• Coach and train store management teams and oversee training processes.
• Maintain staffing levels and oversee selection programs.
• Ensure OSHA and health/safety code compliance and safety policies.
• Promote recognition and motivation across the market.
• Create a safe environment for employees and customers.
• Address repairs, maintenance issues and communicate trends.
