Job summary

The District Manager role oversees the people, processes, and operations of Dunkin/Baskin Robbins stores within the market. You will lead store managers, drive controllable profit, and set standards while coaching teams to achieve growth and quality service.

Extensive travel is required, and you will ensure compliance with OSHA and health standards, while partnering with GMs to improve performance and customer satisfaction across locations.

Qualifications

• Must have 3-5 years of successful operational management experience in the fast casual restaurant industry.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have strong time management/problem solving skills.
• Ability to become trained across a wide spectrum of competencies (operations, marketing, store financials).
• Financial or math skills are required.
• Must have strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to positively influence others.
• Demonstrated track record of workplace achievement in selection, coaching, and development of managerial employees.
• Proven ability to drive financial performance, customer and employee satisfaction.
• Must have strong understanding of P&L statements, cost of goods, labor and scheduling, tools to track performance.
• Must be computer literate and familiar with restaurant management software (Microsoft Office).

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership for store managers to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Leads General Manager to deliver restaurant controllable profit and meet flow-thru goals.
• Uses reports to identify opportunities and ensures correct operational procedures.
• Partners with GMs to grow sales and improve performance.
• Coaches and trains store management teams and monitors training quality.
• Develops and maintains store staffing levels and selection programs.
• Ensures OSHA and health and safety compliance.
• Champions recognition and motivation across the market.
• Maintains a safe environment for employees and customers.
• Resolves repairs and maintenance issues and identifies trends.
