Job summary

The Dunkin' Donuts / Baskin Robbins franchisee is seeking a District Manager to provide strong leadership across market stores, oversee operations, training, and coaching, and drive sales while maintaining brand standards.

You will work with General Managers to improve profitability, implement processes, and ensure safety and quality across all locations. The role requires frequent travel and hands-on leadership across a multi-store district.

Qualifications

• Must have 3–5 years of successful operational management experience in the fast casual restaurant industry.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Ability to be trained across operations, marketing, and store financials.
• Financial or math skills are required.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven track record of coaching/developing managerial employees.
• Proven ability to drive financial performance, customer and employee satisfaction.
• Understanding of P&L, COGS, labor scheduling, and performance tracking tools.
• Computer literacy and familiarity with restaurant management software (MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for store managers to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Lead GM to achieve controllable-profit targets and flow-thru goals.
• Use reports to identify opportunities and ensure proper procedures.
• Partner with GMs to grow sales year over year.
• Coach/train store management teams and oversee training processes.
• Develop and maintain store staffing levels; support selection programs.
• Ensure OSHA and health code compliance and safety policies.
• Recognize and motivate teams across the market.
• Create safe environment for employees and customers.
• Address repairs & maintenance issues and communicate trends.
