Qualifications

• Proven multi-unit or regional restaurant management experience.
• Track record of driving sales and growth.
• P&L management, budgeting and forecasting experience.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the region.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of restaurant industry, market dynamics and sales strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow revenue and market share across assigned locations.
• Collaborate with general managers to set targets, analyze trends, and create actionable plans to exceed goals.
• Mentor and coach management teams on sales techniques and customer engagement.
• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure consistency, efficiency, and guest experiences.
• Support local marketing efforts and campaigns to drive foot traffic and loyalty.
• Monitor financial performance and provide guidance to improve profitability.
