Job summary

MissionHires is seeking an Operations Multi-Unit Leader to drive same-store sales growth across a restaurant portfolio. You will lead through others, coach talent, and ensure operational excellence, cost control, and brand adherence across locations.

You will oversee full P&L, budgets, policies, and compliance, guiding performance across finance, people operations, community engagement, catering, retail, and take-out while stewarding new openings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as a General Manager in Casual Dining or QSR.
• Minimum 3 years in a Multi-Unit Leadership role (Casual Dining preferred)
• Strong foundation in restaurant operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Champions company culture and brand standards across all locations.
• Equips teams with the information and resources needed to perform at their best.
• Partners with each GM to establish priorities, goals, and action plans.
• Models core values and sets the standard for behavior at all levels.
• Makes hiring, promotion, and separations decisions.
• Communicates performance expectations and aligns with goals.
• Listens actively and reports wins/roadblocks to leadership.
• Drives cost and compliance through operating policies and procedures.
• Oversees health department and company standards across locations.
• Maintains facilities and equipment; ensures guest experiences are best-in-class.
• Staffing, onboarding, training, succession planning, and bench strength.
• Coaches and develops Managers and Team Members for current and future roles.
• Schedules to meet business needs; rewards teamwork and inclusivity.
• Monitors retention and maintains favorable turnover metrics.
• Controls costs and educates on P&L analysis; manages budgets and capex.
• Oversees inventory standards and cash handling compliance.
• Leads new restaurant openings with on-brand execution.
• Builds community-focused sales plans with Marketing; tracks ROI.
