Job summary

Responsibilities include driving sales, coaching managers, implementing company programs, and maintaining guest satisfaction across the region. Strong background in hospitality management and financial acumen is required.

Qualifications

• College degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or Management with at least five years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong people and communication skills.
• Understanding math and financial statements, P&Ls, and a strong guest service focus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve region sales goals and profitability.
• Train, coach, and develop all restaurant management.
• Total operational responsibility for the region including marketing, sales support, admin, and systems programs.
• Implement and manage changes to Company programs, policies and standards.
• Drive continual sales and performance improvement.
• Staffing: interview and hire regional managers; conduct performance appraisals and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and address guest concerns.
• Communicate changes in policies between region, units, and head office; conduct regular management meetings.
• Maintain assets and inspect facilities to ensure proper operation and safety.
• Adhere to cash handling, safety, and security policies; support unit managers’ needs.
• Provide operational support and resources to help units succeed.
• Implement consistent performance measures, rules, procedures and policies.
• Travel as required.
