Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee multiple travel center locations across a defined region and drive profitable sales. You will provide operational support, recruit and develop a team of managers, and coach staff to achieve performance goals.

A successful candidate will have 5+ years of multi-unit or regional management experience, strong leadership, and a proven ability to manage P&L in high-volume settings. Willingness to relocate and work flexible hours is essential.

Qualifications

• 5 years of multi-unit or regional management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery, or service with financial responsibility.
• Profit & Loss accountability in high-volume retail environments.
• Excellent customer service and a customer-focused culture.
• Strong people management and team leadership skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to relocate as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all travel center locations in assigned region and drive profitable sales.
• Provide operational support and coach the regional managers.
• Recruit, train and develop managers; ensure ongoing coaching and performance.
• Relocation willingness to serve Northeast, Midwest, and Mountain West regions.
