Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting is partnering with an established restaurant group to fill a Director of Operations role overseeing multi-unit restaurant operations and guest experiences across several entities.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years as a General Manager in high-volume restaurants and at least 5+ years as a Director overseeing 4+ units with 75+ employees. Strong P&L, cost controls, and standards experience are required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a General Manager in high-volume, full-service restaurants.
• 5+ years as a Director overseeing at least 4 entities with 75+ employees total.
• Strong background in P&L management, cost controls, and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor General Managers while ensuring adherence to company systems and policies.
• Conduct regular restaurant visits to monitor quality, service, and guest satisfaction.
• Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and vendor oversight.
• Ensure strict compliance with food safety, sanitation, and facility maintenance standards.
