Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a Regional Manager for corporate restaurants in the Duluth area. The role leads multiple company-owned locations, driving sales growth, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence.

You will mentor regional teams, shape strategy, and ensure profitable performance while delivering an exceptional guest experience across the region.

Qualifications

Regional Manager Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience in multi-unit restaurant management or regional management with a focus on driving sales and business growth
• Strong background in leading teams to achieve sales targets and deliver high levels of customer satisfaction
• Demonstrated financial acumen, including P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
• Strong understanding of the restaurant industry, market dynamics, and sales strategies
