Goodwin Recruiting seeks a District Manager to supervise multiple restaurant locations, driving operational excellence and building strong leadership teams. This hands-on leader will coach managers, optimize financials, and uphold guest satisfaction across the district.

The role offers a base salary starting at $75,000 plus bonuses, annual reviews, and a full benefits package, with relocation assistance available. Travel to sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of multi-unit restaurant management experience.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
• Solid understanding of restaurant financials (sales, labor, and food costs).
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and accountability skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays; travel locally.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations across multiple locations.
• Develop and support Restaurant Managers to meet goals.
• Analyze performance metrics and implement action plans to improve results.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Partner on hiring, training, performance reviews, and succession planning.
• Conduct regular store visits to coach, audit, and reinforce best practices.
• Foster a positive, accountable culture focused on guest satisfaction and team engagement.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on business planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
