Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a Restaurant Director of Operations to lead multi-unit restaurant operations and develop growth plans across markets. The role requires strong brand leadership, relationship-building with area managers, and guidance to Area Managers to drive sales and store volume.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in multi-unit restaurant management with inventory, P&L, and customer service expertise, and is able to travel approximately 75% of the time.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in multi-unit restaurant management including inventory, P&L, sales, and customer service
• Willingness to travel approximately 75% of the time
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Oversaw around 15 to 20 locations

Responsibilities

• Be a true brand champion and leader with your team, vendors, and the public
• Develop strong relationships with area managers, helping to drive sales and increase store volume
• Provide support, leadership, and guidance to Area Managers
• Assist in the development of goals and business plans
