Wonder is seeking a Market Director to lead operational excellence across a multi-unit restaurant region, spanning multiple cities in the United States. You will guide restaurant leadership, drive guest satisfaction, and ensure profitability through strong P&L management and data-driven improvements.

You will travel frequently to locations, recruit and develop senior leaders, and partner with cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of multi-unit restaurant management experience across a high-growth, geographically dispersed market.
• Proven leadership in coaching and retaining high-performing teams.
• Strong financial acumen with market-level P&L ownership.

• Lead and develop Senior Operations Leaders to align with market growth.
• Ensure flawless restaurant operations through visits, coaching, and data-driven improvements.
• Monitor profitability and cost control via P&L oversight and reporting tools.
• Oversee hiring, training, and development of leadership talent across locations.
