Job summary

Wonder is seeking a Market Director to lead operational excellence across a multi-unit restaurant region, driving guest satisfaction, standards, and profitability. You will guide restaurant leadership teams in day-to-day operations, long-range planning, and talent development.

You will report to the Regional Vice President and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure market growth, compliance, and high-performance culture across locations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of multi-unit restaurant management experience in a high-growth environment.
• Proven leadership in developing and retaining high-performing teams.
• Strong financial acumen with market-level P&L experience.
• Excellent communication, organization, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to travel across the market to oversee operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Senior Operations Leaders to align with goals and growth.
• Drive flawless restaurant operations through site visits, coaching, and performance data.
• Monitor profitability and cost control via P&L management and reporting tools.
• Oversee hiring, training, and development of leadership talent.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on market growth opportunities.
• Lead openings and operational setup for new restaurants.
