Qualifications

• Experience in managing multi‑unit restaurant operations.
• Strong understanding of financials: P&L, labor, food costs, budgets.
• Proven ability to build and lead high‑performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple restaurant locations with consistent service and standards.
• Coach and develop General Managers to improve performance.
• Review P&Ls, budgets, and KPIs to drive profitability.
• Develop action plans to improve labor, costs, productivity, and financial metrics.
• Establish performance expectations and hold leadership teams accountable.
