Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a Regional Manager – Corporate Restaurants to lead growth and performance across multiple company-owned locations. You will shape strategy, drive sales, mentor general managers, and ensure consistent guest experiences while coordinating regional operations.

This senior leadership role requires financial acumen, P&L oversight, budgeting, and forecasting, with frequent travel to region locations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in multi-unit restaurant management or regional leadership.
• Strong sales leadership and customer satisfaction focus.
• Financial acumen in P&L, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the region.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of the restaurant industry and sales strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow revenue and market share.
• Collaborate with general managers to set targets, analyze trends, and create actionable plans to exceed goals.
• Mentor and coach management teams on effective sales techniques and customer engagement.
• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure consistency, efficiency, and delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Support each location’s local marketing efforts and promotional campaigns to drive foot traffic and customer loyalty.
• Monitor financial performance and provide guidance to improve profitability, including turnaround strategies for underperforming units.
