Wonder is seeking a Market Director to lead operational excellence across a multi-location restaurant region, spanning several cities. You will guide restaurant leadership, drive guest satisfaction, and ensure profitability through strategic planning and talent development.

You will coach Senior Operations Leaders, manage market-level P&L, oversee openings, and ensure compliance with safety and labor laws while traveling frequently to sites.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of multi-unit restaurant management in a high-growth environment.
• Experience overseeing 8+ stores and market-level P&L.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Food Manager Certificate required by State, County or Local Health Departments.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the market.
