Job summary

Opco-Skilled-Management- is seeking a friendly and experienced Regional Dietician to support residents in Farmington, NM. The role involves interviewing residents, updating food profiles, and coordinating with a Dietician on nutritional concerns.

The position includes benefits for full-time staff, including health, dental, life, and vision insurance, plus a 401(k). A Food Handler's Permit is required and Master’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in: Registered Dietician or Licensed Dietetian. Master's degree is preferred.
• Food Handler's Permit
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently with little or no supervision.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks well.
• Basic Understanding of normal and therapeutic diets and food safety.
• Basic Computer skills
• Experience working with a licensed dietician, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interview residents and obtain food preferences and complete Resident Food Profile
• Update resident's food preference into tray card data base
• Refer residents to Dietician for any resident's having nutritional or eating issues
