Job summary

OPCO Skilled Management is seeking a friendly and experienced Regional Dietitian to oversee dietary needs for residents at multiple facilities. The role emphasizes interviewing residents, updating food preferences, and coordinating with the Dietitian for nutrition concerns.

The position requires a Bachelor's in Dietetics or RD/licensed dietitian status, plus a Food Handler’s Permit and strong organizational abilities. Master’s degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Dietetics or RD/licensed dietitian.
• Food Handler’s Permit required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently with little supervision.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Understanding of normal and therapeutic diets and food safety.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Interview residents to obtain food preferences and complete Resident Food Profile.
• Update resident food preferences into tray card database.
• Refer residents to Dietitian for nutrition or eating issues.
