OPCO Skilled Management is seeking a friendly and experienced Regional Dietician to oversee dietary services for residents in Farmington, NM. This full-time position emphasizes independence, strong organization, and strict adherence to food-safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in: Registered Dietician or Licensed Dietetian. Master's degree is preferred.
• Food Handler's Permit
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently with little or no supervision.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks well.
• Basic Understanding of normal and therapeutic diets and food safety.
• Basic Computer skills
• Experience working with a licensed dietician, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interview residents and obtain food preferences and complete Resident Food Profile
• Update resident's food preference into tray card data base.
• Refer residents to Dietician for any resident's having nutritional or eating issues.
