Job summary

OPCO Skilled Management in Hobbs, NM is seeking a friendly and experienced Regional Dietitian to support resident nutrition programs. You will assess dietary needs, collaborate with care teams, and ensure adherence to health and safety standards in a residential setting.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Dietetics (RD or Licensed Dietitian preferred), a Food Handler's Permit, independent work ethic, and solid organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Dietetics or RD/LD
• Food Handler's Permit
• Ability to work independently with little supervision
• Strong organizational skills
• Basic understanding of normal and therapeutic diets and food safety
• Basic computer skills
• Experience working with a licensed dietician is preferred

Responsibilities

• Interview residents to determine food preferences and complete Resident Food Profile
• Update resident food preferences into tray card database
• Refer residents to Dietitian for nutritional or eating issues
