Job summary

Opco-Skilled-Management- is seeking a friendly and experienced Regional Dietician to join our team on a full-time basis in Albuquerque, NM. This on-site role focuses on interviewing residents, documenting food preferences, and coordinating with licensed dieticians to support nutritional care.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Dietetics and is either a Registered Dietitian or Licensed Dietitian; a Master's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Registered Dietitian or Licensed Dietitian; Master's degree preferred.
• Food Handler's Permit is required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently with little supervision.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Basic understanding of normal and therapeutic diets and food safety.
• Basic computer skills.
• Experience working with a licensed dietician is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interview residents and obtain food preferences and complete Resident Food Profile.
• Update resident's food preference into tray card data base.
• Refer residents to Dietician for any resident's having nutritional or eating issues.
