Job summary

OPCO Skilled Management is seeking a friendly, experienced Regional Dietitian to oversee dietary services across facilities in the Prescott area. You will collaborate with on-site teams, assess resident nutritional needs, and ensure compliance with therapeutic diets and food safety standards.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Dietetics and is a Registered Dietitian or Licensed Dietitian; Master’s degree is preferred, and the ability to work independently is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics or equivalent required.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced practice.
• Food Handler's Permit is required or preferred where applicable.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Interview residents and obtain food preferences and complete Resident Food Profile.
• Update resident's food preference into tray card database.
• Refer residents to Dietician for any nutritional or eating issues.
