Job summary

OPCO Skilled Management is seeking a friendly and experienced Regional Dietitian to oversee resident dietary plans and ensure therapeutic diets across facilities. The position requires a Bachelor's in Registered Dietitian or Licensed Dietitian, with a Master’s degree preferred and a Food Handler’s Permit.

You should be able to work independently, stay organized, and have basic computer skills. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits including 401(k), health, dental, life, and vision

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Registered Dietitian or Licensed Dietitian (or equivalent).
• Master's degree preferred.
• Food Handler’s Permit is required/preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational skills and prioritization.
• Basic understanding of normal and therapeutic diets and food safety.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Interview residents to obtain food preferences and complete Resident Food Profile.
• Update resident food preferences into tray card database.
