Job summary

Opco-Skilled-Management- is seeking a friendly and experienced Regional Dietitian to support residents with individualized meal plans and nutritional guidance.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Dietetics (RD/LD allowed) with Master's preferred, plus a Food Handler's Permit. You will interview residents, update preferences in the tray card database, and coordinate with the Dietician for dietary concerns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Registered Dietitian or Licensed Dietitian; Master's degree preferred.
• Food Handler's Permit.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently with little or no supervision.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks well.
• Basic Understanding of normal and therapeutic diets and food safety.
• Basic Computer skills.
• Experience working with a licensed dietician, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interview residents and obtain food preferences and complete Resident Food Profile.
• Update resident's food preference into tray card data base.
• Refer residents to Dietician for any resident's having nutritional or eating issues.
